I'm kind of starting to sound like a broken record with all these Guitar Hero chronicles lately, but this....this is worth it.
Last night while on stream, I had a pair of great Freebird runs. My high score before last Saturday had been 540,000 points, and 97%. Well, score, consider yourself completely destroyed. Last night yielded the best run in my life, and has made me believe that I can FC this beast.
The newspaper pic in the chronicle says it all. 596,454 points, 99% notes hit. The more stats screen got cut off, but you can see that I missed only 9 notes. All of those were in the easier sections of the solos.
Before yesterday, I hadn't even thought of going for a Freebird FC, but now it's a different story. Perhaps I'll go for it this weekend at CyberOps. After all, I plan on being there all day for their charity event. If I can do this, I think it would be the greatest thing I've ever done with a fake guitar. Wish me luck!
