MLG - Friday

So MLG Anaheim is officially started! Its a blast, I can't even get over how surreal all of this really is.
And for a first timer, I certainly was a little shy and timid to meeting some of the other competition. So I have to give mad props for my gamer beauties being there and making it feel like it was at home.
We got in early and was able to start scrimming on LAN - the guys we competed against were truth be told, respectful and it was completely different from what I expected.
I think - really, everything was far from what I expected. A lot of things blew me away while others had me laughing at how much hype went into it.
Considering all the times our team Nobody's Business got to practice, we knew we had the element of team work down and it was just finding our special place in terms of growing strong.
So after hours of standing around, practice, free stuff and so forth, the night ended with a graceful DQ to a no show of another team. Which put us to Saturday..
I feel like the weekend is just one big blur and I still have to organize a lot of my thoughts before I get around to saying the things I want.

Posted On Nov 08 2009Those MLG events can become a blur, because you're having so much great times with good friends AND you rarely see the sun, lol. Nonetheless, thanks for the quick update and I'm excited to hear a more full review of your adventures.
Be sure to share all the photos you captured and I also appreciate the GoG shoutout at the end of this fine Chronicle. Have a great Championship Sunday and let us know who's going to take MLG Anaheim!
