  1. SilverOnith Happy 'Stuff Your Face N' Pass Out' day, people!

Player Chronicle -- Posted on Nov 26 2009

    See title.

All in all, it's been a great thanksgiving. There was an actual ham this year, which means that I'll have something OTHER than turkey for the next two months straight.

Especially since both the turkey and the ham were something around 23 pounds. That's like, eternity in the leftover universe.

Although, I am dissapointed in at least half of the united states. People are supposed to put up christmas decorations the day after thanksgiving, not three weeks before.

But I do see the reason why a lot of america seems to be 'skipping' thanksgiving. The feasts on Christmas and Thanksgiving are so close together, that perhaps the leftovers might overlap, causing a fatal paradox.

Not only that, but I think casinos pretty much sum up the original purpose of the holiday.

So now I'm fighting off the deliciousness induced coma with coffee, treats, and some classic Castlevania throwbacks.

    Happy thanksgiving everyone.

And remember to closely monitor the water level in yout toilet.

    Obligatory 'thanks' list

    I am thankful for...

    - Owning the current Triad of Gaming

    - Chiptune music

    - Emulators

    - An extremely tiny laptop

    - My 'death-cat' Ms. Sadie

    - Awesome parents: A Mother that I can get wasted with, and a father that owns half of my brain like a freaking jedi

    - The Vintage Stock store in the mall (for all of my classic needs)

    - Jake Pawloski, who puts up with a (sometimes) retarded fanbase to give us a damned good fangame

    - Pepsi, for not jumping on the Twilight bandwagon, and remaining deliciously addictive

    - The continued existance of my brain, even though it's just a jar of sludge that's gone and buggered off to another dimension

    - My FC-Twin system (NES, SNES dual system)

    - The ghost of Ms.Mary NOT haunting me

    - The Ask&Record toolbar (applian Technologies)

    - The Welcome To Nosgoth fanguild, and all of the weird people over there

    - Annahim-clan, for plotting world domination with me

    - The GoG, for opening up a world of gaming connections that I would have otherwise missed out on

    - Missing that package from BEN, otherwise I would have been spazzing out rather than eating dinner (I'm going to go and pick it up tomorrow)

    - All my internet peeps

    - All the completely insane people who know me in real life

    - The fact that my old, heavy, chunky Magnavox TV hasn't crapped out on me yet.

    - That as soon as my dad said that 'vista was better', his computer gave him the blue screen of death.

    - Everybody being actually happy, rather than bitchy (I swear, somebody slipped something into the food)

    - and everything else I can't think of through the haze of the impending food-coma.

Thanks to all of you guys, and Happy Stuff Your Face and Pass Out Day!

Here's a little something I think you guys will like:

What a great list to have on a tough day. It's always easy to mention these things we're thankful for on turkey day, but it's when the times are a bit tougher that it's important to remember all the great things we have going in life Very Happy

Happy Thanksgiving and I enjoyed this Chronicle!
