Game Review - The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom

Our friends at 2K continue to give this community unique access to some of their newest titles. The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom is a newly released XBLA game that is truly unique, and recently I sat down to give it a try.
Most of us would choose to avoid black and white movies because they were made so long ago, but this fun little puzzle game brings black and white to life!
As you've seen and heard around here, The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom is a unique adventure that requires you to not only learn to moves of your character, but really think ahead and figure out how to utilize a specified amounts of looping clones.
When I watched the video review that dropped from ZeitgeistReview, I felt like the clone control would be confusing, but it's actually pretty easy to catch on to. I think the quick controls to delete and start a new time-warped clone makes for quick fixes to any mistakes you might make. The way you have to use yourself (kind of) to complete the various puzzle levels is very unique.
Along with the fun puzzle and unique design aspects that catch your immediate attention, the music and playfulness of this Xbox Live Arcade game was my favorite part. I found my self enjoying the challenges, even when I was struggling to figure out the solution to a level.
Although I haven't really been following along with the subtle storyline at all, I really enjoyed my experience with this game so far and look forward to playing more. The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom is a feel good game that is easily worth the 800 MS points.
