I just beat this game today, and at first was a little dissappointed by the lack of closure given from the ending cutscene. However, I stuck through the credits to view an additional scene which provided me with the closure that I needed.

Overall, I really enjoyed this game. At times it was annoying because of the whole "my flute can make me see invisible things" thing because you have to listen for a certain sound to know when you're nearby an invisible item. I rarely heard it, and most of the time just ended up walking around (slowly because I was playing a flute) until I found what I knew I needed to find.

The battle system is real time with no transition (load) screen between world map and fight scene. It runs a lot like Final Fantasy 12 except that it's not turn based, more like a hack and slash + rpg elements.

The storyline was pretty good, and kept me wanting more right up to the end. It's dubbed over with english voices so don't go into it looking for matching face to voice cutscenes. I will definitely be going through this game again though to do a run with a lot of grinding, and side quests. Definitely check this one out, total game time for pure story was around 20 hours but I skipped a lot of side quests.

Nice accomplishment here and 20 hours isn't long at all, for a game I would have guessed would be more epic!

Along with uploading some of the game-related photos, you might jump over to the GoG Forum and find others who are talking about this game specifically and maybe drop a rating out of 10, for other members who are considering beginning this game's adventure Very Happy

    Nice video game review nonetheless!
