Gamer Bio:
The beginning:
So when I first started online, back in the days of Windows 95, I first went by Oquendo. Very original name, and I was playing games like Hellbender (demo though), Dark Forces 2, Fighter Ace, etc.
I joined Clan XXX when I played Outwars and increased my fame. I was a "non-missler" back then and if I played now, I wouldn't be able to emulate my old self back then very well even if I wanted to. Misslers for those of you who don't know were people that equipped the Seaking missle on both shoulder slots of their character. Non-Misslers were the ones that relied on destroying the Misslers without using double heat seeking missles. The clan moved on to Starsiege Tribes and we rocked. Very known between the Outwars community of the original Internet Gaming Zone and the Tribes community. Our leader left and the Leader that took over left later on, leaving someone else in command... Our clan sort of fell apart from then on.
I tried to continue on as AOA-Oquendo which was Army of Assassins but it didn't work out the way I wanted nor did I have the time for it.
I had made Zapper, but found out, people were using the name shortly after a game of a bug named Zapper was around and alot of people were takin the name.
After trying to figure out what to name my new persona since I was no longer new to the online gaming and the online world, I made a combination based off of 3 things:
Oquendo - Original Name
Clan XXX - The first clan I joined and I still talk to a few of the members to this day.
Zapper - My newer online name that wasn't as original anymore.
Thus, zapoqx was born.
Later on, I continued to play and made many different screens like Zapper Lightning and Zapstriker. Shocker and Shockstriker came after I decided I wanted to make a female character and didn't know what to make the name and thought of something along electricity.
I have played since I was a baby on the Atari 2600 to NES to SNES to Genesis to N64 to PSX to PS2 to now the 360. PC was always in there as that is my main skills.
I'll continue my gaming history until the day I can no longer play games.
