Player Chronicle -- Posted on Jan 23 2010

We will now have the ability to knife, and sprint.WOW,this will greatly affect the gameplay especially wondering how this will modify MLG next season.I am curious if the players (well paid pros) will be putting up a fight to play the traditional Halo 3 style because the physical movements and capabilities will be so much different.Any thoughts from anyone else? I'm sure those who play COD and battlefield type games will enjoy this change, but I'm just not sure about the mass majority.

Not to sure about the after death knifing, sounds a little far fetched,as far as the knife/sprint in only the campaign,I mean don't they realize with all the multiplayer games we have with sprint ability that to add that to their game without adding to the multiplayer would add more confusion to the players? I think it does,I tried sprinting last night when I was playing after coming out of COD and not only that but I have my sensitivity on a 2-3 usually I'm on a 5 now, what the hell lol!

That would be so gay. Keep it the way it is, No sprinting no knifing. Keep halo away from call of duty. It's great the way it is.

& I also heard you could only knife / sprint in campaign that's it. That better still be true.

I recall being promised to be able to sprint, look around corners, and play online co-op (amongst many other things) in Halo 2...

Anything Halo related is a sure win. I'm especially looking forward to the knifeing. I heard that one game coming out would allow you to knife an opponent after you die, like if they were teabagging you or something, is there any truth to this. Could it be in Halo: Reach? That would be too cool. ^_^
