1. We love Katamari

   With the Katamari damacy games reaching their 4th title release on the xbox 360 ( beautiful katamari) i thought i'd write a chronicle on the odd, yet Hugely addicting games.
   
   katamari damacy started out on the ps2 with the first game titled " katamari damacy".
   
   Now i gatta admit when i first saw the demo of this game on G4, i was like WTF and laughed and said what a horrible idea for a game. it was when i was in a gamestop listening to the wild and funny music from the game that i decided to give the game a try.. And let me tell you.. a couple "rolls" on these games and you'll be hooked.
   
   the object of the games (barring different reasons for rolling) are to use the katamari's ( the small balls) to roll up things all over the place to create stars or planets.
   
   You start out as prince in the first game. prince is the little cousin guy and the son of the king of the cosmos. ( hilarious guy).
   
   anyways in the first game you need to roll up as many things in different towns and even the world to help re-instate the cosmos back to its order.
   
   The Second game was also on the ps2, titled " we love katamari ". ( my personal fav.
   
   its basically the same game except this time you can be cousins! the cousins are wacky little guys u roll up in levels.. and are very funny to look at. you can also roll up royal presents. ( things like hats, masks, scarfs, box cars, and other things ur cousin can wear).
   
   the third katamari game was released on the psp.. for portable rolling action.
   it was titled " me and my katamari".
   
   This time you are on an island and instead of starts and planets you are making islands. same jist as the other games though.
   
   and the final and last title is " beautiful katamari". same stuff.. but its graced the xbox360.. which u know what that means... ONLINE rolling! while it isnt the funnest online game.. it is rather amusing to see what kind of custimizations people have made to their cousins.
   
   all in all my fav would have to be we love katamari for the ps2. its more put together then the first one.. it has an amazing soundtrack.. and its just an over all blast.
   
   so before you all pass up these games in the store.. pick them up and give em a " roll "
   
   ... ok that last sentence was corny as all hell. haha

   I've never played any games int he series but have always been interested by it.

   katamari games are excellent! the creator of this game is coming out with a crazy game called nobi nobi boy or something, but it may be exclusive to ps3.
