This one has very good long-term viability because of the downloadable content from XBox LIVE or Playstation Network. No matter your musical taste, you'll find something to your liking.
The guitars in Rock Band seem easier than the corresponding note charts for the same songs in Guitar Hero, but I like the fact that you have to "save" a failing band member with your own skills. It usually turns out to be the drummer or singer you have to bail out.
Drums beyond Medium get absolutely ridiculous. I've got a couple videos of some awesome drummers on my profile if you want to check them out.
