Day 2 Review

After a great first day that consisted of two exciting sessions and over 2,000 people visiting and interacting with the Brocade booth, we enjoyed another exciting day at Microsoft Tech-Ed 2008.
This was another day full of free shirts, gamer chair and Brocade 1Gb flash drive giveaways, and of course, our daily expert and medium top scores won the Xbox 360 and the upcoming release for Guitar Hero: Aerosmith.
For the first time, and what proved to be the only time that Zach (RyuBlitz) got beat all week, we met a plastic rockstar that could really play. He's here on the GoG and his user name is mydixiewrecked (nice name btw, huh?). This guy was playing Zach and the crowd really gathered as they battled back and forth. After Zach had been brought down, we were sure that the high score would be hard to beat and indeed it stuck throughout the entire day and mydixiewrecked took home the Xbox 360 for Day 2.
Later in the afternoon, he and Zach had a rematch, where Zach beat him by around 100K points, so they had developed an instant rivalry and that group would be back at our booth many times the rest of the week
This day was another successful day, that brought thousands of people into the Brocade booth. That evening, BEN went to dinner with the entire sales team from Brocade and enjoyed his first Lebanese dinner...we're all excited to see how the rest of the week goes and we don't plan to slow down the traffic and the excitement at this amazing convention!
