MLG Anaheim is over and I'm so proud of my team GB Nobody's Business for putting in work and beasting fools all weekend! After all the practice hours, sacrificing time with family- staying up late and waking up early- plus not going out on Friday nights to put in work in Halo 3, I'm proud to say that my team made it to the 4th round!
This is the farthest GB has gotten for Halo 3 in MLG, so I really want to thank you girls for being so amazing, and having my back virtually and IRL!
Just Snipes- our tiny sniper- played ovaries to the wall while being sick with a fever, so I want to give mad props to you girl! That's true dedication; you gave it your all during those games, and I'm glad to have you on my team!
Mintygirl was our MLG virgin, yet she played with no fear and even got MVP during one of our games! After knowing each other for so long on XBL, and meeting each other for the first time, I'm so happy to have you as a friend and team mate!
RAWR ITS NICOLE- the youngin of our team- has one of the most impressive BR of any gamer! If there was anyone I'd rather play support to, its you girl! I'm glad your parents let you play with us, and I can't wait until you're old enough to travel!
Uncertain- our feisty coach- managed to yell her heart out, and literally have our backs the entire weekend! You kept us encouraged even when we had a bad game. We played together in Dallas, and even though you are a strong player, you're an even stronger coach, and an amazing team leader!
I'm so proud of everyone! It felt really nice to have that win, but it felt even nicer having so many GB's show up and cheer us on. I love being on this team, the support has been overwhelming, and the team spirit we all have is superior to that of any team out there!
Lastly, I just want to say thank you to GoG for helping us get to MLG this year. I know for me, traveling from GA to Cali is pretty difficult, so the help is very much appreciated! I'm sure the other GBs will say the same!
