   What would make this better is the ability to post pics in chronicles, maybe HTML style to align the text to the left or right...ANYWAY!
   
   Gears of War 3 has been announced by Cliff Bleszinski. Instead of doing what I'm sure most other people will do, complain about the multiplayer. I will instead comment on the debut trailer because quite frankly, I don't have Live access so I just wish people would stop complaining about the online aspect of the game just for the simple fact they should be thankful they can play it and they're not some poor shmuck like me

   Taking a look at the setting this one will probably be much darker than the first 2 games. All the major cities are destroyed and the last beacon of hope, Jacinto is gone as well. Where will all the fighting take place? In the shattered ruins of cities? In the wilderness? After watching the tech demo for the new updated Unreal engine, which featured a Brumak stalking through a forest on a moonlit night, I can only hope that part of it will be in the forests of Sera. Who knows, maybe HQ in the 3rd game will be a tent city.
   
   One thing is obvious, Dom looks like he just plain tired of fighting. I think I would be to if I had to put my wife out of her misery. He was just waiting for that Locust to blast him and send him in to the afterlife. That was going to happen until Marcus shows up with a...DOUBLE BARREL SHOTGUN! The old shotgun from Gears 1 & 2 were awesome enough, I wonder how this new weapon will be. My favorites have always been 1. Longshot...2. Shotgun.
   
   Anya is also wearing COG armor and blasting away with a Lancer. After the first Gears I always said what Delta Squad needs is a female member. That raises a few questions though. Will she be part of the actual squad? Will she just be in parts? Will she a playable character? Whatever role Epic Games gives her one thing is for certain...I can't wait to see her curb stomp a Locust with her boot and talk some trash.
   
   As the camera pans out you can see Baird and Cole. Someone is missing though...Colonel Hoffman! Is he dead? Is he at the HQ? If he is gone who is in charge now? Which brings me to the ultimate question...
   
   ADAM FENIX Did everyone catch his transmission after the second game ended? He more than likely is still alive...obviously. Where is he? Will Marcus be reunited with his "dead" father? If he does show up in part 3 what role will he play? Will he be sympathetic to the Locust or the COG?
   
   I think that pretty much rounds out my thoughts. But I also wonder if we will see Chaps again and if there will be another Carmine
