    no problem dude, seriously the best way to learn the game is to be thrown right into battle. I play a lot of execution ... i sucked pretty bad at first to be honest, but u learn quick. i can give u lots of tips when we play too as far as blind firing , two piecing, etc...

    Dude, I really dig cheesecake! But I've been studying the effects that certain enzymes have on our body and have been leaning towards the macrobiotic/ all yogurt approach (yummy w/ wheat germ!). Also, if you can find a milking goat they really have one of the purest forms of dairy around. Throw some goat milk in a blender with some blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, cottage cheese (all organic of course), some wheat germ, alfalfa, bean sprouts, and get ready for some seriously productive times in your life. And that's whats really important, no?

    We're waiting to hear from a event developer that had a SF4 & UFC event at the location we're planning to host The Iowa Pro Gaming Challenge. They might get involved with running this fighting game's division and will have more insight on what title we should select.
    
    We're also trying to decide how best to weave in MW2, so that's why the full divisions have not been announced. Once full details, prize money, ect. are announced...I need you to seriously push people to travel and join us here in Des Moines, okay?

     Yeah, S&D is the fastest way to level, especially in the beginning levels of 1-30. Through those levels you get the lowest match bonus, which means you need to get the most experience you can from the kills you get. In Search and Destroy you get 500 experience a kill, 1000 experience if it's a headshot kill and points always add up from first blood, long range kills, etc. So S&D to me is without a doubt the fastest way to level up, but it doesn't offer the most score, in this game Infinity Ward decided to have experience and score apart so playing Search is great experience but it doesn't offer a ton of score.[/color]

     I'd say you should look at the flights and find a direct flight from DSM. If you wanted to shoot for 9 or 10am, we could get you back to the airport directly after the event that ends around 7am on Sunday morning.

     Thanks for the chronny comment! And to change your harddrive's name you go to the memory settings, or whatever it's called. Then highlight the harddrive or memory card and hit Y and it'll have the option to rename it. Yeah I actually find stuff like that

     Most any mic, although some are specifically certified for Skype. I use my internal mic, so there's many options. I'd say anything in the $15+ range would be ideal for joining our GoGcast recordings...speaking of, are you joining us this Wednesday evening for the show?!

     I agree. I wish everyone took the small amount of time to get their profile developed just a little bit! Although it's great to have a lot of members around here, I wish more would be active around the entire website more, ya know?

     Congrats on being Mr. 3,000! I hope you take this community to heart and really stay involved. One way to do so, would be to spread the word to friends, but also get involved with the numerous conversations over in the GoG Forum. Be sure to introduce your self this week over there and keep developing this fine GoG profile of yours.
