As I spruce up my accuracy, map awareness, and skill for CoD4, in preparation for this week's GoG Game Night, I was able to finally reach Level 55!
Unlike many games where you can level up AND down, Call of Duty 4 adds to your XP despite a bad game or a losing battle, so reaching 55 is not that big of a deal, but I did it and I must document it here...

RyuBlitz and I have discussed moving into prestige mode, which sets me back to level 1, and racing each other back to our 2nd Level 55. We're both busy, so it may be more like a marathon than a sprint, but I accepted his challenge, so look for me to continue playing this awesome FPS as I work towards another Level 55...
