Gaming Events Galore

So many of you know that TIPGC is coming next weekend (3/12 - 3/14), but today things got quite a bit more interesting.
This weekend, a small team of GoG members are managing the Children and Families of Iowa's Kidsfest 2010. We've managed the gaming element at this large event for the past 3 years, so that's something we enjoy doing and also feels like we're giving back to the community as well.
Now originally, TIPGC would be the next video game event on the schedule, as it IS the next weekend, but just today we locked up another adventure for mid-next week!
Long story short, after Kidsfest this weekend I'm headed over to Baltimore, Maryland for a one-night Microsoft event on Wednesday evening. I'm flying in on the day of this event, then bumping right back out the next morning!
I'll be back in Des Moines on Thursday afternoon and working to finalize The Iowa Pro Gaming Challenge's details, as well as closing online registration that day and get ready for the weekend!
I'm pumped.
