Halo 3 - Chapter 3

As much as I'm not surprised, I have to admit Halo 3 has not left my xbox 360 very much since it's release. I'm sure others are this way, but how can you help it!?
I played in my first organized Halo tournament last weekend, with three guys I had never met before, but we connected through the GoG so that was pretty fun. We had little team chemistry and we didn't win the competition at all, but it made me also appreciate the community power a site like this has and it was fun meeting other gamers(some have already joined us). I know this is a long tangent from the Halo 3 chat, but I imagine a day when the GoG is able to connect groups of gamers in other areas of the world and develop a live AND online tournament.
We have preliminary rounds in person with the winners or group of winners advancing to play online against the other location's...who knows...it could be sooner than we think
As this chapter comes to a close, I realize I haven't really said too much about Halo, but I'll throw in that I've continued to enjoy the online battles and I'm already looking forward to see with Bungie hits us with next! I wonder when the next major update is in store? been
