Yeah I saw that copy of Batsugun. I drooled. Fine work of art that game. One of the few shooters that I find is actually fun playing with a friend of mine. (Usually the game play field for shmups gets confusing and cluttered with two players)
Yeah I read about your next perchases on the SegaSaturn.co.uk forums under the New Years topic. Just awesome! I think it was a good idea to start with the expensive stuff first. Maybe I should try that...
I just wish I had the money to actually go purchase these games now. :/ I have to resort to the downloading of ROMs and burning them off to play on a chipped Saturn... but hey! I plan on buying them someday when I get a job. Probably by next year, or if I'm lucky, I might be able to start before Christmas. At least I'm able to try before I buy, eh? (And so far, I'm loving 95+ percent of the Saturn games I've played. I managed to try 90 games so far) Once I finish obtaining the actual copies of these games, I can put that mod chip to good use by home brewing.
I think you mentioned that you wanted to do some home brewing yourself, eh? I'd be interested in starting up a project with ya.

I've played a good 95% of those games and I must say, you have some pretty dang good taste!
By any chance have you tried Gun Frontier?
